The owner forged my signature on the contract using Photoshop. Brooks Quality Coatings commits criminal acts during the process. I would rate Brooks Quality Coatings with zero stars if possible. The owner is VERY dishonest and leaves the customer with a floor that begins to deteriorate shortly after completion of the job. Bob Brooks will make countless promises while convincing you of his experience and flooring abilities. He is a habitual liar and makes the consumer a victim. Avoid my bad experience and costly legal expenses suing Bob Brooks and Brooks Quality Coatings.
